Position: Bilingual Norwegian Generalist Expert — AI Safety
Type: Contract
Compensation: $58–$62/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Norwegian across sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.
• Evaluate and strengthen how AI models handle sensitive topics in Norwegian.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native fluency in Norwegian. Business-level written English.
• A Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

• Based in Norway. Applicants based elsewhere are welcome.
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
