Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Norwegian-speaking customers, providing assistance through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries efficiently and resolving any potential issues that arise.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for accurate tracking and analysis.
• Monitor and identify trends in customer feedback to suggest improvements to the customer experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement effective solutions that prioritize customer happiness.
• Stay abreast of product offerings and updates to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
• Contribute to a positive team dynamic by sharing insights and participating in team initiatives focused on enhancing customer service.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with customers.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
