Norwegian Speaking Customer Support for Banking -Remote in Greece

We are currently seeking a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Banking sector. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for providing excellent customer service and are interested in helping clients navigate their banking needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction details, and product offerings.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to improve customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Educate clients about banking policies, procedures, and product features.
• Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in services and customer experience.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
