Who are you?

You are pragmatic, adaptable, and driven by a continuous improvement mindset. You work in a structured and process-oriented way, and you bring that discipline into an environment that is growing fast. You build strong relationships with the external partners our operations depend on. You enjoy hands-on work, learning alongside seasoned colleagues, and taking end-to-end ownership. What you bring:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in telecom.

• Higher education in engineering.

• A technical foundation that lets you understand, question and challenge how telecom infrastructure is operated.

• A structured, process-oriented approach to procedures, documentation and operational discipline.

• Strong solution orientation and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.

• Fluency and excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.

Good to have:

• Hands-on experience with fiber infrastructure, transmission technologies and support systems.

• Experience from, or working closely with, a Network Operations Center.

• Experience developing maintenance plans, operating procedures and testing regimes for optical fiber systems and telehousing.
