FLIR UAS Norway søker nå etter en Team Lead for GCS (Bakke). Rollen erstatter nåværende Team Lead som forlater selskapet, og gir en unik mulighet til å påvirke både daglige leveranser og langsiktig utvikling i avdelingen.

Stillingen kombinerer operativt ansvar, teknisk innsikt og ledelse i praksis, og passer for deg som motiveres av struktur, eierskap og kontinuerlige forbedringer.

Ansvarsområder

• Være en tydelig og inspirerende leder – lead by example
• Planlegge og koordinere teamets daglige aktiviteter
• Dokumentere, rapportere og presentere teamets prestasjoner
• Drive Lean-arbeid og gjennomføre prosessforbedringer
• Følge opp kompetansematrise, opplæringsplaner og videreutvikling av teamet

Kvalifikasjoner og erfaring

• Grunnleggende datakunnskaper
• Evne til å motivere, engasjere og skape et godt teammiljø
• God forståelse for produksjonsprosesser og produktene vi jobber med
• Strukturert, løsningsorientert og komfortabel med å ta beslutninger
