Requirements
Experienced Technical Project Manager to lead delivery for the Digital Resilience Fabric project, a complex technology initiative focused on reducing technical debt, strengthening resilience, and establishing sustainable governance across IT, IT/OT, and OT environments.
The project spans multiple workstreams, including Cloud, Network, Data & AI, OT, Detection & Response, and Exposure Management.
The ideal candidate will combine strong project management discipline, technical understanding, governance expertise, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful delivery.
Lead day-to-day delivery across multiple technical workstreams, including planning, tracking, reporting, follow-up, and escalation.
Act as the key liaison between the central project team and workstream leads.
Manage deliverables, milestones, risks, dependencies, actions, and technical decisions.
Work closely with the Technical Lead to maintain technical alignment, governance, and delivery consistency.
Challenge delivery approaches where required and ensure decisions are clearly documented and aligned with the project charter.
Maintain accurate project status, governance documentation, action tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate across technical, operational, and project stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum and accountability.
Support the establishment of sustainable governance, lifecycle management, and operating models beyond the project.
Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager within complex technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, or transformation projects.
Strong governance experience, including decision-making, lifecycle control, quality assurance, and accountable ownership.
General understanding of OT and IT/OT environments and associated delivery considerations.
Good knowledge of AWS and Azure, including cloud governance, operating models, cloud-native services, and cloud networking.
Understanding of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and cloud risk governance.
Good knowledge of IAM fundamentals, access governance, and control ownership.
Working knowledge of networking, firewalls, secure connectivity, segmentation, and firewall lifecycle governance.
Fundamental understanding of AI concepts and their application in security, detection, automation, and risk reduction.
Awareness of data governance, data quality, and the role of data in security and resilience.
Understanding of detection & response, exposure management, vulnerability management, and risk reduction practices.
Strong understanding of service lifecycle management, quality assurance, and governance for in-life services.
Ability to understand technical direction and constructively challenge approaches in complex environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Comfortable working with senior technical stakeholders, project leadership, and operational teams.
