• ServiceNow Modules: ITSM, CMDB, CSDM
  
• Architecture Design: End -to -end ITSM solutioning, scalable architecture
  
• Integration Expertise: REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, third -party integrations
  
• Development Skills: JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes
  
• Data Management: CMDB structuring, data modeling (CSDM framework)
  
• Governance: Best practices, platform standards, design authority
  
• Tools & Technologies: ServiceNow platform, Integration Hub, Flow Designer
  

Mandatory Requirement

• 7+ years of total experience
  
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience (Strong development background)
  
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect (ITSM)
  
• Strong expertise in ITSM + CMDB + CSDM
  
• Hands -on experience with integrations & scripting
  
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  
• Must be currently based in Norway
