Private Equity Internship 2027 (Winter 2026 also available) | Oslo or Stockholm

Do you want to get hands-on experience from a fast-paced and innovative environment within investing and private equity? If so, an internship at Explore Equity is just what you are looking for!

We seek candidates who at the time of the internship have completed at least three years of university studies, with strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial drive and a keen interest in investing. Ideally, the candidate has relevant previous internship experience (within e.g. principal investing, management consulting, investment banking, finance, business development, startups/scaleups or similar). If you want to work in a company that challenges the status quo within private equity and active ownership, this is the perfect opportunity!

As an intern, you will be an integral part of our investment team with responsibility for tasks throughout the investment cycle; sourcing of new investment opportunities, analysis of potential investments, financial modelling, transaction processes, and close collaboration with our existing portfolio companies. You will receive close follow-up throughout the internship by working side-by-side with the rest of the investment team.

We offer full-time internships in our Oslo and Stockholm offices throughout the whole year. Duration varies from 2-6 months depending on availability.
