Assistant Store Manager - Dunedin

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Dunedin store who brings energy, leadership, and a genuine love for customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

As an ASM, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store:

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense


• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance


• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable


• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time

Who we’re looking for

• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail or hospitality and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.

• Strong commercial acumen and a consistent focus on achieving strong results 


• Available to work full time 38 hours, Sunday–Thursday
