The Role

You'll be based in a modern clinic in Christchurch, providing comprehensive hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, follow-up appointments, aftercare, and hearing protection advice. You'll have access to the latest hearing technology and be supported by an experienced team that shares a genuine passion for improving patients' quality of life.

This is a Monday to Friday position with no weekend working, offering an excellent work-life balance alongside exceptional earning potential.

What's on Offer

• £32,000 basic salary


• Uncapped bonus structure


• Earn 10% commission on every sale after £6,000

About You

We're looking for a qualified Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and building lasting relationships with patients.

You'll ideally have:

• HCPC registration (or eligibility to register)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A patient-first approach to clinical care


• Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team


• A genuine desire to provide the highest standard of hearing healthcare
