About the Role


We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Control Manager to partner with our Supply Chain leadership team and help drive strong business performance. This is a key leadership role within Finance, where you’ll lead planning, reporting, and analysis for Supply Chain, while providing clear insights to support strategic decisions. You’ll also lead and develop a small team, helping build capability and deliver high-quality financial support across the business.


 


What you’ll be doing:



  • Partner closely with the Supply Chain Director and leadership team to support decision-making

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting, including month-end close

  • Manage Supply Chain costs and monitor business performance

  • Identify risks and implement controls and mitigation actions

  • Provide clear financial insights to support strategy and operations

  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals

  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process efficiencies

  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and wider business teams


 


What you’ll bring:



  • CA qualification or degree in accounting, finance, or business

  • 8–12+ years’ experience in commercial finance, business control, or FP&A

  • Proven people leadership experience

  • Strong financial planning, reporting, and analysis capability

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate clearly
