About the role

Turn ideas into practical improvements that make a real difference. As the Business Systems and Change Manager, you’ll take ownership of how systems, processes and technology support Craigmore’s growing Horticulture business.

You’ll work alongside operational leaders, technology teams and people across our orchards and vineyards to identify opportunities, lead change and deliver solutions that make work easier, more efficient and more effective.
This is a role where you can see the impact of your work - from introducing new technology and improving processes, through to helping our people embrace change and get the most from the systems they use every day.

What you’ll make happen

• Lead change - drive the implementation and adoption of new systems, technology and processes across our Horticulture operations.
  


• Connect people and technology - bring operational teams, leadership, Shared Services and technology partners together to turn business needs into practical solutions.
  


• Improve how we work - challenge existing processes, identify inefficiencies and deliver improvements that increase efficiency, compliance and user experience.
  


• Build capability - develop training, resources and support that give our people the confidence to use new systems and embrace change.
  


• Shape what’s next - identify opportunities for better integration, automation, reporting and technology, helping prepare our business for continued growth.

Why this role?
You’ll have the opportunity to own and influence meaningful change, rather than simply manage systems from the side-lines. You’ll have visibility across the Horticulture business, work with a diverse range of stakeholders and play a key role in shaping how technology and processes support our future. With ownership of key systems and a seat at the table for broader technology initiatives, you’ll be able to see your ideas move from concept through to implementation and measurable business outcomes.
