Job Title: Care Partner – Day Programme (Part-Time)

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Partner to join our Day Programme team at Howick Baptist Healthcare. This role involves supporting clients in a safe, engaging, and culturally responsive environment, helping them to age well and live fully.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 3:00pm


• Availability to work Saturdays when required: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients attending the day programme


• Assist with daily activities and encourage participation in social and recreational programmes


• Support clients’ wellbeing, dignity, and independence


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in Cantonese and or Mandarin (essential)


• Relevant Level 4 Health & Wellbeing qualification (or equivalent)


• Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar setting is preferred


• Warm, patient, and respectful approach to care


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Flexible and dependable, with willingness to work Saturdays when required
