Charter and Tours Driver - Hamilton

The Opportunity

With demand for charter, tour, and event transport continuing to grow, we are looking for a Charter and Tour Driver to join our Hamilton team.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your professional driving skills with outstanding customer service while helping create memorable travel experiences for local, domestic, and international passengers. From day tours and corporate charters to sporting events, school groups and special occasions, no two days are the same.

If you hold a minimum Class 2 Licence, enjoy interacting with people, and take pride in delivering safe, reliable, and friendly service, we'd love to hear from you.

You're a professional driver who enjoys working with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You understand that every journey matters and take pride in representing both Ritchies and the Waikato region as a welcoming ambassador for our passengers. You are flexible, dependable, and comfortable working weekends, early mornings, evenings and occasional overnight trips when required.

Most importantly, you're committed to operating safely, communicating effectively and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

What You'll Bring

• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to confidently engage with a diverse range of passengers


• Experience delivering tour commentary is advantageous


• Physical ability to lift luggage and equipment up to 20kg


• Minimum NZ Class 2 Licence


• Current P Endorsement


• Excellent driving record and strong safety focus


• Professional presentation and reliable work ethic


• Flexibility to work varying hours based on operational requirements
