The Role

This is an ideal next step for an experienced veterinarian who enjoys clinical work and is ready to take greater ownership of team development, standards of care and the future direction of the clinic. You will remain hands-on as a vet while continuing to grow a capable small animal team in Greymouth.

• Lead, coach and support a small, experienced team of veterinarians


• Help develop clinical capability, confidence and consistency across the team


• Contribute to clinic strategy, service improvement and better animal health outcomes


• Work alongside the wider leadership group while keeping the autonomy and connection of a local clinic

What We Are Looking For

• BVSc (or equivalent) plus eligible for NZ registration


• A confident, experienced veterinarian ready to step into clinical leadership


• Someone who enjoys mentoring others and building strong client relationships


• A practical, adaptable and solutions-focused approach


• And yes - a good sense of humour helps
