THE GIG:
We're looking for a Commercial Integration Specialist to join NZME's Commercial Integration Audio team, working primarily working across NZME's entertainment radio brands, including ZM, Radio Hauraki and Flava, and their wider ecosystems spanning social, digital, events and activations.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where no two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating a major client campaign with on-air talent, the next you could be delivering a social activation, managing a sponsorship, or helping create a unique audience experience that connects brands with listeners.
Working alongside our Commercial Integration Managers, Content teams, Talent, Sales, Digital and Production teams, you'll help bring integrated campaigns to life across radio, social, digital, events and activations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Delivering integrated commercial campaigns primarily across ZM, Radio Hauraki, and Flava networks.
Working closely with some of New Zealand's best-known radio personalities and content teams to execute client partnerships.
Coordinating campaign elements across radio, digital, social media, events, activations and promotional activity.
Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring every detail is delivered to a high standard.
Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across Sales, Content, Production, Social and Marketing teams.
Monitoring campaign performance and contributing ideas that maximise client results and audience engagement.
Supporting the creation of innovative commercial solutions that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways.
Maintaining campaign administration, reporting, promotional calendars and operational processes.
ABOUT YOU:
You'll be someone who loves working with people and thrives when there's plenty happening.
You may have experience in radio, media, entertainment, events, marketing, sponsorship, account management or campaign delivery. More importantly, you're highly organised, proactive and enjoy bringing moving parts together to create great outcomes.
You'll likely have:
Experience working with talent, personalities, content teams or external stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to keep campaigns running smoothly.
A solutions-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional work.
An interest in radio, media, entertainment, social content and audience engagement.
