Cordis Service Agent - part time 

We’re looking for a Part-Time Cordis Service Agent to join our Front Office team at Cordis Auckland. This role is the central contact point for the hotel - you’ll handle guest calls and emails, coordinate requests across departments, and make sure guests get fast, friendly answers. 

What you'll be doing 

• Deliver warm, professional service via phone, email and in-person, using guest names where possible


• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints with empathy and a solutions-focused approach


• Support bookings for Food & Beverage outlets and hotel services, including following up on key details where needed


• Liaise with hotel departments to ensure communication is clear and requests are actioned smoothly


• Use hotel systems effectively to assist guests and colleagues


• Identify opportunities to promote hotel services and enhance the guest experience (e.g., upgrades, early check-in/late departure, add-ons) 

What we’re looking for

• Strong customer service mindset and a genuine, approachable communication style


• Confident computer and admin skills, with good attention to detail


• Professional grooming standards and a reliable, punctual work ethic


• A sense of urgency, flexibility, and the ability to work independently


• Comfort engaging with guests from a range of cultures and travel expectations


• Experience in a similar role (hotel/service environment) is helpful, and exposure to a 5-star environment is a bonus 


• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster over 7 days covering morning shift, evening shift and the weekend.
