Customer Fulfilment Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Fulfilment Specialist. 

Reporting to the Area Delivery Manager your key objective will be to provide excellent customer service and achieve fulfilment targets for the business. Your role will be imperative in following up on inbound sales, originating online, phone or via the stores, and optimising the opportunities presented by such sales. This includes the following: stores, fulfilment, support, escalations, bookings, repairs, complaints and any other fulfilment customer.  You will Reinforce high standards regarding performance, safety, customer service and adherence to company values.  You will also support the on-going commercial viability of the business by contributing to effective annual business plans and consequently the management of costs, revenues and suppliers.

Ideally, you will have:

• Customer service experience in a fulfilment environment
• Relevant computer skills and knowledge, preferably with Microsoft Office, AS400, vWorks and Smart Freight
• High level of interpersonal skills and capable of building effective relationships
• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and deadlines of internal and external customers
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
