Customer Service Administrator - Contact Centre

Our clinic in Hamilton is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Administrators to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a structured Monday–Friday work week, with shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 5:00pm.

As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping them navigate their appointments with professionalism, empathy and care.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering phone calls for bookings across Hamilton region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.

• Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.

• Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.

• Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.

What we’re looking for:

✅ A knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease.

✅ Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.

✅ Ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients, drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support.

Experience in a contact centre environment is preferred – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed, including support in understanding radiology processes.
