Distribution Partner Manager (Specialist)

Ready to make a big impact across Red Bull’s Distribution & Wholesale network? As our Distribution Partner Manager, you’ll work alongside our Distributor and Wholesaler partners, their branch teams and Red Bull’s sales teams to turn strategy into strong execution in the market. From the field to the customer, you’ll give wings to partner capability, unlock growth opportunities and help bring Red Bull’s priorities to life beyond the can. STRATEGY EXECUTION

• Translate Red Bull’s D&W strategy into clear plans, tools and actions that partners can execute across their branches.
• Work with the National Distribution Partner Manager to identify where initiatives need greater focus or support and monitor progress against priorities.
• Share market feedback and best practice to strengthen execution across the network.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

• Build trusted relationships with D&W leaders, branch managers, sales teams and frontline teams across New Zealand.
• Spend time in branches and alongside D&W sales representatives to help you build a strong understanding of how each partner operates.
• Use insights to uncover opportunities, identify capability needs and remove barriers to execution.

TRAINING AND CAPABILITY BUILDING

• Develop and deliver practical training that turns Red Bull priorities into effective frontline selling behaviours.
• Covering product knowledge, category insights, selling stories and key initiatives, you’ll build D&W teams’ capability and confidence.
• Support partner trade shows, sales meetings, conferences and other key engagement opportunities.

COMMERCIAL INSIGHTS

• Use sales-out data and market insights to identify growth opportunities across partners, branches and customers.
• Turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for D&W sales teams.
• Your insights will help target high-potential customers, address performance gaps and improve execution.

CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

• Connect D&W partners with Red Bull’s On Premise, Off Premise and Field Sales teams to align priorities and strengthen execution.
• Ensure partners receive consistent messaging, insights and tools that support Red Bull’s strategy.
• Help Red Bull field teams maximise opportunities through D&W customers.

• Proven experience in FMCG, sales, field execution, customer management, channel management, operations or a similar commercial environment.
• Experience working with Distributor & Wholesale networks is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the New Zealand FMCG landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into practical frontline execution.
• Experience training, coaching and developing sales teams.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability.
• Comfortable interpreting sales and depletion data and turning insights into action.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
• Current full NZ Driver’s License
