About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
As the Enterprise Lead, Strategic Commissioning, you will provide strategic leadership for ACC's System Commissioning & Performance commissioning change programme. Reporting into the Deputy Chief Executive, System Commissioning and Performance, you will drive enterprise-wide change initiatives, coordinate complex work programmes, lead through matrix ways of working, and ensure delivery aligns with ACC's strategic priorities. This role offers the opportunity to influence system-level outcomes that contribute to improving customer experiences and supporting them to recover and return to work or achieve independence, following an injury. The role leads collaboration across ACC and with external stakeholders to deliver sustainable commissioning change and continuous improvement.
The appointing salary for this role is $189,346 to $245,036 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, as well as optional life and income protection insurance.
