Our brand-new Farro Newmarket store is opening late October, and we are looking for enthusiastic, customer-loving foodies to join us and help bring our new store to life.

We are recruiting for:

Farro Assistants

As a Farro Assistant, you’ll help us share our love of great food with our fabulous foodie customers by providing stellar service and ensuring our store is well-stocked, beautifully presented and ready for our customers.

You’ll be hands-on across the store, supporting daily operations, maintaining high presentation standards and creating memorable customer experiences. With your naturally friendly and energetic approach and enthusiasm for food, you’ll have the opportunity to build your retail skills and grow your career with Farro.

Farro Ambassadors

As a Farro Ambassador, you’ll play a key role on the shop floor as a senior member of the team. You’ll lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting smooth store operations and helping our wider team uphold Farro’s high standards.

You’ll inspire customers with your food knowledge, support merchandising and product displays, uphold food safety and health & safety standards, and contribute to the commercial success of the store through great stock management and reducing waste.

We’re looking for confident and collaborative team members who are passionate about great food, enjoy supporting others and can remain calm and positive in a busy retail environment.

Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage, particularly for our Farro Ambassador opportunities, but attitude, enthusiasm and a love of food are what matter most.
