Margo’s is a vibrant restaurant inspired by the bold flavours of  Mexico. Known for exceptional food, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality, Margo’s offers a fast-paced and energetic dining experience where every guest feels welcomed.

We’re part of Future Hospitality Group (FHG), a leading local operator with six unique venues. Our vision is simple: to push the boundaries of hospitality, exceed guest expectations, and raise the bar for what is possible.

We’re looking for a part-time or full-time FOH Team Member to join our passionate team. Whether you’re greeting guests or recommending menu favourites, you’ll play a key role in delivering the warm, genuine hospitality Margo’s is known for.

What you’ll do

• Guest experience: delivering friendly, attentive service that makes every guest feel welcome from arrival to departure.


• Food & beverage service; confidently serving food and drinks while maintaining excellent product knowledge.


• Menu recommendations; guiding guests through our food, cocktails, wine, and beverage offerings to enhance their experience.


• Team collaboration; working closely with the kitchen, bar, and front of house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.


• Venue presentation; maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming dining environment throughout every shift.


• Hospitality standards; upholding host responsibility, health & safety, and FHG’s service standards.


• Continuous improvement; actively learning our menu, systems, and service style while contributing positively to the team.

Who you are

• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.


• Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with a wide range of guests.


• A strong team player who thrives in a busy restaurant environment.


• Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.


• Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail.


• Reliable, flexible, and proactive. You see what needs doing and get it done.
