HBH is a well-established, not-for-profit aged care provider dedicated to supporting older people to live with dignity, comfort, and respect. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, homely environment for our residents, and our household team plays a vital role in making this happen every day.

We are currently looking for reliable and compassionate Household Staff to join our team across kitchen, laundry, and cleaning areas. These are permanent shifts, offering consistency and stability.

Available Shifts:

Kitchen:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 2:45pm


• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 2:45pm 


• Evening Shift: 4:30pm – 7:00pm

Laundry:

• Tuesday: 9:00am – 2:00pm 


• Wednesday: 7:00am – 3:00pm


• Thursday: 8:30am – 3:00pm

About the Role:
As part of our Household team, you’ll help ensure our facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff. Your work behind the scenes has a direct impact on residents’ comfort and wellbeing.

Duties Include:

• Assisting in the kitchen with food preparation and service


• Laundry services (washing, drying, folding, linen management)


• General cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards


• Contributing to a positive, respectful environment for residents

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring and respectful approach to working with older people


• Reliability and good time management


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Good attention to detail and hygiene practices


• Previous experience is helpful, but not essential
