Kaiako Māraurau - Teacher | Permanent | Full-time



We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic kaiako to join our teams in supporting tamariki and whānau to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for someone who:



  • is a strong advocate for tamariki

  • understands Te Tiriti o Waitangi based partnerships with tamariki and whānau

  • demonstrates a commitment to Te Reo Māori me ona Tikanga

  • embraces a culture of strong health, safety, aroha, mana, tiaki, and manaaki

  • has an awareness of the culture of child protection

  • is dedicated to supporting the social and emotional growth of tamariki

  • is willing to create and maintain strong relationships with the wider community and outside agencies

  • demonstrates a growth mindset



Requirements for this role:



  • entitled to work in Aotearoa, New Zealand

  • level 7 Teaching qualification specialising in ECE 

  • hold a current practising certificate

  • hold a valid first aid certification - level 1 or higher
