Join the NPDC Marketing and Communications team as our Marketing and Communications Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organised marketing professional to play a key role in promoting some of Taranaki's most iconic venues and events. Working alongside a passionate and collaborative team, you'll help deliver engaging marketing and communications activities that connect our community with unforgettable experiences.
You'll support the promotion of a diverse portfolio including the Bowl of Brooklands, Stadium Taranaki, TSB Showplace, TSB Stadium, Todd Energy Aquatic Centre, Community Pools and other NPDC business units as required. From developing content and coordinating campaigns to supporting event delivery and stakeholder engagement, no two days will be the same.
Because our venues host events outside of standard business hours, flexibility is essential. This role requires occasional evening and weekend work to support events and ensure successful delivery of marketing and communications activities. In return, you'll enjoy a varied role, a supportive team environment and the opportunity to be part of events that bring our community together.
If you're a proactive communicator with a passion for marketing, events, and community engagement, we'd love to hear from you.
