• As our Orthodontic Assistant, you'll play an integral role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring every patient has a positive experience.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting our Orthodontists and Orthodontic Auxiliary during orthodontic procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and instruments for patient appointments
• Sterilising instruments and maintaining infection control standards
• Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
• Completing administrative tasks as required
• Helping ensure the practice runs smoothly each day

Hours of Work

• Monday to Thursday | 8:15am - 5:30pm

Enjoy a consistent four-day work week, giving you long weekends every week.

We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and passionate about patient care.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, patient-focused approach
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confidence using computer systems and software
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, Clinical Assistant, or within a healthcare environment
• Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred)
• Flexibility to work across multiple Lumino locations when required
• Valid New Zealand work rights and residency in Invercargill
