Our People and Inclusion team is responsible for providing the full range of human resources advisory, recruitment and learning and development services to all divisions and teams across all offices of KPMG New Zealand. The opportunity:
Day to day you will:
- Play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience by providing accurate, timely people administration across the full employee lifecycle and supporting core People processes.
- Be the guardian of our people data, ensuring HRIS information is accurate, up to date, and trusted to support compliance, reporting, and informed decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to projects and initiatives that simplify processes, enhance service delivery, and improve the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with a high-performing People Centre team to share knowledge, maintain best practice, safeguard sensitive information, and provide exceptional support to employees and stakeholders across the firm.
What you'll bring to our team:
- 2-3 years solid admin experience.
- Outstanding administration, planning and organisation skills - with the ability to determine priorities and work to deadlines.
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of people.
- Advanced business application skills (including as a minimum Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Very high level of attention to detail.
- Innovative, solution-focused and a high level of initiative.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work and ability to work additional hours if required.
- Articulate and clear written communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively within a team.
