About the team

Based in Highbrook, our Head Office offers ample parking and easy access. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team that values teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.

Your Role

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports procurement, inventory, and supply planning activities, ensuring accurate stock management, supplier coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations.  This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, 40 hours.

You will:

• Support the Supply Chain Manager in executing procurement and replenishment plans.


• Raise and manage purchase orders in line with supply plans and stock requirements.


• Monitor supplier confirmations, track inbound deliveries, and liaise with suppliers regarding order status, availability, and potential supply risks.


• Maintain accurate supplier information and records.


• Monitor inventory levels, support stock reconciliations, and assist with stocktake activities.


• Maintain ERP and Warehouse Management System data and prepare operational reports and dashboards.


• Work closely with Customer Services, Finance, and Warehouse teams to support business needs and resolve issues.


• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.


• 1–3 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, or a similar coordination role, ideally within FMCG, food distribution, or chilled and frozen environments.


• Familiarity with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and experience working with warehouse, customer service, and finance teams.


• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• A reliable, customer-focused, and collaborative approach, with a commitment to professionalism and continuous improvement.
