We currently have an opportunity for a Procurement Commercial Support to join our Department of Corrections and the Ministry of Justice team. Reporting to Performance Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

Downer holds a long-term Asset Management and Facilities Management contract with the Department of Corrections and the Ministry of Justice that proactively manages and delivers to the national portfolio of facilities including 15 prisons, 98 courts and 141 community correctional sites.
As a Procurement Commercial Support, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, commercially robust procurement outcomes across the business. You will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and compiling quotation packages arising from procurement activities, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, and aligned with Downer’s commercial standards.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will help foster a low-risk, no-surprises environment by ensuring all quotation submissions and subcontract award documentation clearly define scope, inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, dependencies, and risks. You will also support the successful execution of procurement activities through the preparation and issuance of contract documentation that complies with Downer’s standard contractual requirements and governance frameworks.
