About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Cloud Services value stream and help shape the future of Gallagher's cloud-based security solutions.

Cloud Services is an important part of Gallagher's evolving product portfolio, focused on delivering connected, scalable and easy-to-use security solutions for customers around the world.

Working closely with Product Owners, engineering teams and commercial stakeholders, you'll help shape product strategy, identify market opportunities and drive commercial performance. You'll be involved in everything from understanding customer needs and setting product direction through to supporting launches, sales enablement and day-to-day product activities.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role combining strategic thinking, commercial decision-making and practical execution. You'll work across Gallagher to turn customer insights into product improvements, support investment decisions and help drive adoption, growth and customer value.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving customer problems, working across different teams and balancing the bigger picture with getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market opportunities and industry trends.

• Own product strategy, roadmaps and priorities that deliver customer value and business growth.

• Develop product positioning, value propositions and pricing strategies, including SaaS and subscription models.

• Prepare business cases, product analysis and recommendations to support investment and prioritisation decisions.

• Work closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to support product development, priorities and delivery.

• Support day-to-day product activities, including product information, sales enquiries, customer feedback and continuous improvements.

• Collaborate with global sales teams, distributors and channel partners on product launches, sales enablement and go-to-market activities.

• Monitor product performance, customer adoption and profitability, using insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

You'll Bring

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or a similar product-focused role.

• Strong customer empathy and the ability to identify market opportunities and unmet needs.

• Understanding of cloud software, SaaS or subscription business models would be advantageous.

• Experience developing product strategies, business cases and go-to-market approaches.

• Strong commercial acumen and confidence using data to support decision-making.

• Experience working with commercial teams and sales channels to drive product adoption.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams.

• A collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for delivering great customer outcomes.

Working at Gallagher

You'll be part of a global, future-focused organisation where innovation, customer success, and product excellence are highly valued. You'll work alongside talented and passionate people, influence products used around the world, and have opportunities to continue growing your career.

We also offer:

• Competitive salary and annual bonus scheme

• Hybrid flexibility, typically 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

• Life and disability insurance and KiwiSaver

• Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities

• A supportive team culture with team-building events, lunches, and a fun environment
