We're seeking a hands-on Product Marketer to help RUSH build a stronger, more consistent pipeline of opportunities. This role owns the full go-to-market engine from lead generation and nurture through to the sales collateral and competitive intelligence that help our team close deals faster.
You'll work closely with our leadership team and specialist contractors (design, video, web) to keep RUSH top of mind with the organisations we want to work with, and to arm our sales team with what they need to win.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Go-to-Market Planning & Execution: Drive awareness and lead generation through a systematic, data-driven approach targeting both direct customers and partner channels, including full-lifecycle execution and iterative refinement of the GTM strategy, with a specific focus on a key strategic account.
Funnel Management & Nurturing — Design, implement, and optimise lead funnels, automated email nurture tracks, and re-targeting sequences to convert prospects
Conference & Event Preparation — Coordinate marketing presence, messaging, booth strategy, and pre/post-event engagement plans for industry conferences
Paid & Earned Media — Oversee paid campaigns (social, search, display) and earned media opportunities to maximise reach and ROI
Top-of-Mind Content — Ideate and execute high-value content (blogs, whitepapers, social) that builds thought leadership and brand awareness
Cross-Functional Team Management — Direct the day-to-day deliverables of specialist marketing contractors (UX/UI designers, copywriters, web developers)
Performance Reporting — Establish KPIs, track campaign metrics, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders on lead generation and awareness goals, including account-specific metrics
GTM Refinement — Keep the strategic account marketing plan current, present updates as required, and continuously optimise messaging, personas, and channel strategy based on real conversion data
Sales Enablement: Contribute to the collateral, tools, and insights our team needs to close deals faster and build stronger partnerships.
Case Studies & Social Proof — Identify, source, and develop client success stories, case studies, and testimonial assets; manage specialist contractors (videographers, graphic designers) from brief through to final delivery
Collateral & Competitive Intelligence — Develop and refine high-impact sales assets including pitch decks, Key Selling Propositions (KSPs), and product one-pagers; conduct competitive analysis to build actionable battlecards and briefing documents
DESIRED TRAITS
Background in a SaaS company or lead-generation across the full sales funnel for digital products, not just content and advertising. Fluent in MQLs, systems, and experiments
Experience working in small, resource-constrained teams, finding ways around obstacles rather than around process
A bias for speed and agility over big documents and project plans, comfortable executing with fewer stakeholders, where execution beats over-planning
No requirement to produce video or design personally — specialist contractors are available for that
Loves to win, not just play
Data-driven and comfortable owning KPIs and reporting
Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
Strong project and vendor management instincts, able to brief and direct specialist contractors to a high standard
Track record of driving consistent growth in marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and brand awareness metrics
Reliable, timely delivery of content, event assets, and sales collateral
Disciplined about on-time reporting for key accounts and other stakeholder requirements
Builds increased and documented intelligence on buyer journeys
