Rental Sales Agent

We have an opportunity for someone with exceptional customer service skills to join our team at Christchurch Airport as what we call a Rental Sales Agent. This is an entry level position and could be the first step in your career!

• Permanent, part-time, 20-hours per week - 2 vacancies

About the Role  

From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.

To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.

What we are looking for:

• Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role
• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.

We operate 7 days a week, 6 am to 11 pm, where we are looking to fill the following shifts:

Shift 1

Wednesday - 16.30 - 23.30

Friday - 16.30 - 23.30

Saturday - 16.30 - 23.30

Shift 2

Monday - 16.30 - 23.30

Tuesday - 16.30 - 23.30

Sunday - 16.30 - 23.30
