About the role

As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring our rooms and guest areas are spotless, welcoming, and maintained to a high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a supportive team.

What you’ll be doing

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to established standards


• Making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising bathrooms


• Restocking room supplies and maintaining a clean, organised trolley


• Reporting maintenance issues and handling lost property correctly


• Responding politely to guest requests and questions


• Following health & safety, hygiene, and privacy procedures at all times

About you

• Previous cleaning experience (hotel or accommodation experience preferred)


• Good level of physical fitness and stamina


• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work


• Able to work independently and follow instructions accurately


• Reliable, proactive, and a team player


• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays


• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
