Currently in the final stages of construction, this world-class golf course has been carefully designed to blend seamlessly with the natural landscape, delivering an exceptional golfing experience while showcasing the beauty of the region. This is a unique opportunity to join the team during a pivotal stage of the project, helping to bring a brand-new championship golf course to life. From the final phases of construction and turf establishment to the grow-in of playing surfaces and the commencement of state-of-the-art infrastructure, machinery and maintenance facilities, you will be part of an exciting journey from the ground up.

About the Role

• Assist with the grow-in and establishment of greens, tees, fairways and surrounds.


• Support the final stages of golf course construction and landscape development.


• Operate and maintain turf equipment safely and efficiently.


• Assist with monitoring irrigation systems and maintain newly established turf areas.


• Operation of state-of-the-art course machinery and maintenance facilities.


• Maintain the highest standards of course presentation, quality and safety.

About You

• A Turf Management, Landscape or Horticulture qualification or relevant industry experience is preferred but not essential.


• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high quality work every day.


• Experience operating turf machinery and equipment.


• Knowledge of health and safety practices within a team environment.


• A positive attitude and strong work ethic with a desire to learn.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including early starts when required.
