Senior Finance Analyst

Position Purpose:
This critical role within the WellSouth Finance team supports the partnership between Finance and organisational leaders. The Senior Finance Analyst has oversight of contract and revenue management, and delivers accurate, timely reporting to leadership, the Board and external funders.
Acting as the subject matter expert of WellSouth's Contracts Management Portal and the primary point of contact for contract and revenue queries, this role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to demonstrate initiative, sound judgement, and the ability to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines.
This role supports the CFO and Finance Manager with budgets, forecasts and financial models, and provides subject matter expertise on maintenance, documentation and continuous improvement of WellSouth's finance systems and internal controls.
What are we looking for:
We are looking for an experienced finance professional who can take ownership of contract and revenue management end to end, including invoicing, debtor management, reconciliation of revenue lines against funding contracts, and the monthly reporting that sits on top of it.
You will be comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders, partnering with leaders to connect the financial and non-financial and help knit together the story behind the numbers. Experience in financial systems, forecasting and reporting tools will be highly regarded, and experience in the health sector is an advantage rather than a requirement.
