We’ve had an exciting opportunity open up in our Personal Operations team as a Senior Operations Associate! This role is located in our Wellington or Auckland office. You’ll enjoy a varied role, responsible for supporting day-to-day operations workflows, championing lovable investor experiences, driving automation and process improvements, and ensuring financial security and regulatory compliance.

We’re looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic, innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are. For the Senior Operations Associate role we are specifically looking for someone who: 

• drives efficiency, productivity and automation while connecting daily workflows to investor impact, business obligations, regulatory requirements, and data privacy


• champions investor experience and compliance, serving as an operational subject matter expert, advocating for investors, handling escalations, and ensuring money is always safe, secure, and compliant


• leads by example through workflow management, task assignment, quality assurance, and coaching teammates to create loveable moments for investors


• adapts to change, and is motivated by our vision and purpose
