About the role

In this role you will be responsible for inbound and outbound activities in our Auckland 3PL Warehouse, whether in the freezer, chiller or outside devanning.  You will also lead a team to ensure that the productivity, quality and overall performance continues to meet our high expectations. Our customers are a key focus for us and we aim to provide a great service to them, you will be a key part in making this happen. 

This role would oversee a team that expands with demand during busy periods.

This is a full-time role Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend work. 

Key tasks:

• Lead a team of warehouse staff during the shift operations.


• Monitor staff performance and provide support and guidance where required.


• Ensure accuracy and quality standards are met within the stamping team.


• Manage daily operational tasks and coordinate breakdown tasks efficiently.


• Ensure shift targets and productivity goals are achieved.


• Conduct toolbox meetings and regular health & safety meetings


• Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture across the team


• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards


• Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

Skills & Experience

• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred


• Ability to work and perform in a fast-paced environment


• Forklift and Reach Truck experience/licences will be an added advantage


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Good attention to detail and accuracy


• Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused attitude

Prior experience in chilled and frozen is preferred but not required.
