Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role:
We are seeking a capable and motivated Team Leader, Field Technician to lead our Lower North Island Field Technician team and support the delivery of OSPRI’s TB Testing Programme.
Reporting to the Head of On Farm Services, you will provide leadership, coaching and operational oversight for our Field Technicians. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, workforce planning, performance management and training while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety and customer outcomes.
In this this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring testing activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across OSPRI and the wider agricultural sector, bringing valuable operational insights that support programme success.

You bring strong relationship-building skills and enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders, from farmers and contractors through to coworkers and senior leaders. You’ll be comfortable leading a geographically dispersed workforce and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
