Job Description

We're excited to be expanding our team following the internal promotion of one of our valued team members! This has created an exciting opportunity available at our Trade Counter in our Albany team. The role offers the chance to develop your customer service and product knowledge while working closely with both customers and our wider Albany team. This role would suit an energetic, people-focused professional who enjoys a hands-on role in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming customers to the trade counter with a friendly smile and building great relationships with them


• Picking, processing orders and ensuring customers leave with what they need


• Growing sales through upselling products, sharing promotions and encouraging repeat business


• Keeping the trade counter and showroom looking sharp and professionally

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment


• Trade or retail sales experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person


• A friendly, can-do attitude – You love helping people
