This role requires strong attention to detail as we pride ourselves on superior customer service standards, and on-time delivery. You will be responsible for a range of functions including inwards goods, stock management, processing customer orders, machinery maintenance and safety standards within the workshop. As we take a team-based approach to our work,

you’ll provide support across the warehouse to other team members as needed.  

This role is full time - Monday to Friday with rostered hours usually falling between 7.30 am and 6.00 pm.  A forklift license will be  for this position – but if you don’t currently have one Milsons will support the successful candidate with training and accreditation.
 

As part of the role includes delivering customized material to clients, we take pride in both our H&S standards and the space we work in – which means you’ll need to be comfortable with keeping your workspace, tools, and machines, clean, tidy, and ready to complete each customer order as it hits the warehouse. 

To be successful in this role you bring with you: 

• Great communication skills and ability to work in a team 

• A continuous improvement mindset 

• Experience with preventative maintenance on machinery 

• Experience with band saws and table saws 

• Basic IT skills to use the warehouse management system 

• Be physically fit 

• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail 

• A strong and demonstrable commitment to maintaining workplace health and safety standards.
