About the role

This is a casual role that offers flexible, ad hoc hours and would suit someone looking for occasional work rather than a full-time commitment. It may be particularly appealing to a semi-retired individual seeking to remain active in the workforce, or a student with flexible availability who is looking to gain experience and earn additional income.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing weighbridge transactions, assisting customers, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Process inbound materials to site, ensuring correct pricing, payment and transaction recording through weighbridge and gate-rate systems.
• Direct site traffic safely and efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
• Keep the weighbridge, reception, and office areas clean, tidy, and professional.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Weighbridge & Customer Service Assistant to join our team. You will have - 

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Confident with numbers and data entry.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
