We’re looking for a Stock Coordinator to join our team at Merchant 1948 Dunedin store. You’ll be the go-to person when it comes to managing stock – from deliveries and storage to keeping the floor replenished and organised.

This is a key role in helping our store run efficiently and giving our customers the best possible experience. You’ll need strong attention to detail, a hands-on attitude, and a love for supporting your team.

Here’s what’s on offer:

• Rostered Hours: 
  
  
  
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 12:30pm (Ideally be flexible to extend hours/days during busier stock times)
  
  
  
  


• Minimum Hours: 20 hours per week


• Hourly Rate: $26.00 + bonus potential ! 

What your day will look like:

• Managing deliveries and stock processes with accuracy and care


• Replenishing stock on the floor to maintain strong product availability


• Supporting the wider team to create a seamless customer experience


• Staying on top of store presentation, organisation and stockroom standards


• Collaborating with store leadership to manage stock levels and reporting

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have strong organisational and time management skills


• Are solutions-focused and great at staying calm under pressure


• Have previous experience in stock handling, inventory or retail operations (ideal, but not essential)


• Enjoy working behind the scenes as part of a team


• Have a flexible, positive attitude and a strong work ethic
