As Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while supporting both our patients and team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting a high-performing team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Managing reception operations and providing front-of-house support when required.
• Overseeing practice administration, staff scheduling, and daily operational workflows.
• Supporting a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Managing patient enquiries and ensuring an outstanding patient experience.
• Monitoring practice performance, billing processes, and operational efficiency.
• Working closely with clinicians and support teams to achieve practice goals and drive continuous improvement.

Hours for this role

This is a 32-hour per week position working across four days:

• Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm

All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Looking for a full-time opportunity?

While this role is based on a four-day work week, there may be an opportunity to work an additional day at another nearby Lumino practice, subject to business needs and availability.

This keeps it positive and appealing to candidates who want 5 days, while making it clear it's a possibility rather than a guarantee. It also fits nicely with the professional tone used throughout the advert.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in a Practice Manager, Office Manager, Team Leader, or similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within healthcare, dental, or a customer-focused industry would be highly regarded.
