Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the
company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate books, maintaining
compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and managing
the accounting team.

• Assign task review work and support professional development
  of the accounting team.
  
• Manage
  and supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts
  receivable, and payroll accounting
  
• Monitor
  cash flow and support financial planning activities.
  
• Review
  and approve accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
  
• Complete
  accounting reports, lead the month -end and year -end closing process.
  
• Coordinate
  with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting and cost
  allocation.
  
• Ensure
  compliance with tax regulations and legal requirements.
  
• Develop
  and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  
• Coordinate
  and support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
  and explanations.
  
  

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS       

•             Strong
Knowledge of Accounting Standards, IFRS, GAAP.

•             Strong
interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

•             Solid
understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

•             Leadership
and team management.

•             Attention
to detail and accuracy.

•             Time
management and ability to meet deadlines.

•             Excellent
command of English.

•             Experience
with the ERP system is a must.

•             Knowledge
of local tax laws and regulations.

EDUCATIONAL LEVEL

•                 Bachelor's
  degree in accounting / finance.
