Job Description - AI Engineering Lead

Own AI use cases from business value to delivery
Shape enterprise AI analytics without hands-on delivery

About Our Client

An established organisation undergoing a significant data and AI transformation. The business works closely with senior leadership to embed advanced analytics into core decision-making.

Job Description

Identify, define, and prioritise AI and analytics use cases with the business
Translate business problems into structured analytics and AI designs
Define ROI, value cases, and success metrics for AI initiatives
Design data marts, datasets, and schemas for Cloudera consumption
Guide and mentor junior analytics teams and AI developers

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
At least 8 years' experience in data analytics, AI, or advanced analytics roles
Proven ability to define AI use cases, ROI, and implementation frameworks
