Assistant Production Manager - Industrial Production

Job Description

Participate in preparing production and operations programs
in accordance with specific production processes and methods. Supervise the
preparation and execution of operational plans related to production
operations, machinery operation, and monitoring production lines. Ensure the
successful implementation of production plans and their compliance with the
required standard quantities and specifications.

• Production Program Participation: Assist in developing production programs and manufacturing operations according to specified methods. Ensure plans and programs are implemented according to approved technical specifications.
  
• Daily Operations Supervision: Oversee all daily industrial production activities. Identify the most efficient methods to utilize available resources to produce specific quantities of products within set quality specifications, time frames, and costs.
  
• Coordination and Specification Compliance: Ensure effective coordination with all relevant parties to determine required production quantities and technical specifications. Meet customer and consumer demands while providing added value and competitive advantages in local, regional, or global markets.
  
• Research and Development Oversight: Direct research and studies aimed at improving production processes, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency. Focus on reducing costs, production time, and applying modern production principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  
• Stay Updated with Industry Developments: Follow and adopt relevant industrial production updates and developments. Ensure all necessary resources and materials are available for specialized activities using the latest methods and practices.
  
  

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering,
  Mechanical Engineering, or a related specialty.
  

Years of Experience

• 3 -5 years of experience in the field.
