As Manager at Wazayif
Platform, you will be responsible for managing the daily
operations, commercial growth, learner experience, tutor
coordination, partner relationships, and overall service
quality of the online education platform. This role
requires a hands -on leader who can manage online
classes, support students and teachers, coordinate
digital content and schedules, track performance, and
ensure the platform operates smoothly, professionally,
and in line with business objectives.
Minimum
Requirements
· Fluency
in both Arabic and English is required, including the ability
to communicate professionally with learners, parents,
tutors, partners, and internal teams in both
languages.
· Minimum
three years of experience in online education, EdTech,
e -learning operations, training center management, academic
coordination, student services, or platform operations.
· Experience
managing online classes, virtual learning tools, learner
support workflows, tutors or trainers, schedules, and
service quality in an education or training
environment.
· Good
understanding of LMS or online learning platforms, virtual
classroom tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, reporting
dashboards, and common digital collaboration tools.
· Strong
operational management skills with the ability to plan,
organize, prioritize, follow up, and solve day -to -day issues
quickly and professionally.
· Ability
to track performance data, analyze learner engagement, monitor
service quality, prepare reports, and recommend practical
improvements.
· Bachelor’s
degree in Education, Business Administration, Management,
Technology, Digital Learning, or a related field is
preferred.
Nice
to Have
· Previous
experience managing an online education platform, tutoring
marketplace, language learning platform, training institute,
or education technology startup.
· Knowledge
of instructional design, course development, learner journey
design, assessment coordination, or online content quality
review.
· Experience
with partnerships, B2B education sales, school or university
relationships, corporate training, or government/education
sector projects.
· Experience
using tools such as Moodle, Google Classroom, Zoom, Microsoft
Teams, HubSpot, WhatsApp Business, Power BI, Excel dashboards,
or similar systems.
· Understanding
of the Oman and GCC education market, student needs, parent
expectations, and bilingual Arabic/English learning
environments.
