JOB CONTENT

To manage cash flow
and process financial transactions within the Finance department. Responsible
for handling cash and cheques, reconciling accounts, preparing bank deposits,
and providing accurate financial data to ensure the smooth and efficient
operation of the department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational:

1. Receive
   and process cash and check payments from various sources, including
   customers, employees, and vendors.
   
2. Issue receipts and
   make change accurately and efficiently.
   
3. Verify and endorse
   checks following established procedures.
   
4. Maintain accurate
   records of all cash and check transactions.
   
5. Prepare and
   deposit daily cash receipts into the bank.
   
6. Reconcile bank
   statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and identify
   discrepancies.
   
7. Maintain and
   update petty cash accounts.
   
8. Process payroll
   disbursements, including cash advances and expense reimbursements.
   
9. Maintain accurate
   and up-to-date financial records using appropriate software.
   
10. Prepare reports on
    cash flow, receipts, and disbursements.
    
11. Assist with other
    financial tasks as assigned, such as accounts payable or accounts
    receivable.
    
12. Adhere to strict
    cash handling procedures and security protocols.
    
13. Report any
    suspicious activity or discrepancies immediately.
    
14. Understand and
    comply with relevant financial regulations.
    
15. Complete any other
    task assigned by the reporting manager/supervisor.

MINIMUM
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education:

–         Diploma
degree in relevant field

Experience:

–         1-2 years of relevant experience
