Job Description - CFO (Renewable Energy)

The CFO shall have the primary responsibility of Leading the project finance for all projects in Oman,

accounting, audit and fiscal aspects of the operations of the Corporation and the coordination of the

supporting information systems and financial controls.

Financial Modelling, Market Sounding, Development of Bankable commercial concept, in-principle sign

off from bank/s on structure. Advise for finance strategy for projects, financing sourcing and securing

favourable/suitable term sheets, finalisation, execution & delivery of finance solutions.

Requirements

- Candidate must have banking experience.

- Candidate must have previous experience of successfully secured project finance for large projects.
